Dormant Cash (Gift Card Liquidation)
If we are unable to successfully liquidate your gift card for any reason, we will immediately notify you. In such cases, your transaction is cancelled, and you retain the full original balance of your card. No fees are charged for failed liquidations.
Dormant Pay (Financial Bridging)
If we fail to cash out funds from your financial app (PayPal, Revolut, etc.), a full refund is issued to your source account. Exception: If an account is 'flagged' or 'limited' by the third-party provider during the specific payment process (rare), the funds may be held by the provider. In this case, you must contact our senior support to coordinate the fund recovery.
Dormant KYC (Verification Services)
We guarantee delivery of verified exchange accounts. If we fail to deliver the requested KYC verification within the promised timeframe, a 100% refund will be issued to you in Cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC).
