By using our services, you warrant and represent that: You are the sole, lawful owner of any gift card or digital balance submitted; The assets are NOT stolen, borrowed, or obtained through any fraudulent or coercive means; You have the full legal right to liquidate the asset. We reserve the right to request proof of acquisition at any time.
3. Prohibited Use & Anti-Fraud
Dormant Cash enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraud. You may not use our services to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any form of financial crime. Any attempt to use stolen assets or provide false information will result in an immediate permanent ban and the freezing of any pending payouts.
4. Transaction Finality & No Reversals
All transactions are final and irrevocable. Once a gift card has been verified and the payout has been initiated, or a KYC product has been delivered, the transaction cannot be reversed or cancelled. This is because the source value has already been consumed to provide the final product or liquidity.
5. Rates & Payments
Rates are dynamic and confirmed in real-time by our human agents. Final payout is triggered only after successful verification. While we aim for 'Instant' delivery, processing times may vary based on third-party network stability and fraud prevention checks.
6. Limitation of Liability
Dormant Cash shall not be held liable for: Losses arising from invalid or ineligible gift cards; Third-party app holds or freezes; Delays caused by banking networks or blockchain congestion.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms and your commitment to honest, legal trading.
